Lernarchitekturen, in the person of Dr. Gottfried Kommescher (born 11 May 1953), possesses many years of specialist management experience:

as an adult educator and member of the scientific university staff in the development of training programmes for building social competence and self-confidence,
as an in-house trainer, staff development and organisational development officer in various companies, responsible for managing a department and for the specialist content of training courses, management programmes and change projects,
as an independent consultant and trainer on matters of designing work relationships and improving or changing workflows.
